On 8 May 2025, VIAGE in Brussels will set the stage for a memorable concert by the Van Morrison Alumni Band.
The Van Morrison Alumni Band, a tribute band without equal, consists of musicians who played thousands of concerts and recorded hundreds of tracks with the legendary Van Morrison. Handpicked by Van Morrison himself to perform and record with him in the studio, they racked up an impressive 500+ recordings with the master. They contributed to several of his most popular albums, including the multi-million selling ‘Days Like This’, ‘The Healing Game’ and ‘Live in San Francisco’.
With saxophonist and BBC Radio 2 presenter Leo Green at the helm, the Van Morrison Alumni Band takes the audience on a musical journey through one of the most popular song catalogues of all time. Green played on seven Van Morrison albums and shared the stage with him at venues around the globe. Sir Van left an indelible impression on each of these musicians.
The band brings to life the music and lyrics of one of the 20th century’s most ingenious musicians. You can look forward to hits and deep cuts from Van Morrison’s extensive back catalogue of 45 studio albums, including ‘Brown Eyed Girl’, ‘Moondance’, ‘Days Like This’, ‘Gloria’, ‘Into the Mystic’ and many other timeless hits.
